What Jepeta risk scores and PASS / WARN / BLOCK decisions mean — and what they do not mean.
Screening, not certification
Jepeta is a pre-trade screening tool. It is not a smart-contract audit, certification, guarantee of safety, fraud determination, price forecast, or investment recommendation.
PASS does not mean safe
PASS means that no configured WARN or BLOCK condition was observed in the evidence available at scan time. It does not mean a token cannot lose value, change behavior, become illiquid, be exploited, or expose risks outside Jepeta's checks.
Risk score is not a probability
The displayed risk score is a heuristic severity score. It is not a probability of loss, probability of fraud, credit rating, expected return, or recommendation to buy, sell or hold.
Data quality matters separately
Jepeta treats evidence quality separately from risk. Required security evidence that is unavailable or unknown is not silently converted into a safe result. Market context may be partial or unavailable.
Point-in-time evidence
Every result applies to the evidence observed at its timestamp. Contract permissions, liquidity, holder concentration, taxes and market conditions can change after the scan. Use a fresh scan when current information matters.
Third-party sources
Jepeta uses external sources including GoPlus Security and DEX Screener. Jepeta validates response structure and exposes source/data-quality status, but cannot independently guarantee every upstream fact. Jepeta does not operate as a raw-data proxy: upstream data is used only as limited input to Jepeta's own screening and context, subject to provider terms and rate limits.
Your decision
You are responsible for your own transaction, risk policy and independent due diligence. Autonomous systems integrating Jepeta should define their own fail-closed execution rules rather than treating a PASS result as permission to trade.
