Terms for using Jepeta's read-only Base token risk screening, public API surfaces and optional report delivery.
What Jepeta provides
Jepeta provides heuristic risk screening for Base tokens, including PASS / WARN / BLOCK decisions, risk signals, data-quality information, public evidence, developer interfaces and optional deeper reports.
No investment advice or execution service
Jepeta does not provide investment, legal, tax or brokerage advice. It does not connect to your wallet, sign transactions, hold assets, or execute trades. You remain responsible for any transaction or automated policy that uses Jepeta output.
Screening is not an audit or guarantee
A scan is a point-in-time heuristic assessment based on available evidence and configured rules. PASS does not mean a token is safe. WARN or BLOCK do not predict price performance or prove fraud. Contract state, liquidity, market conditions and third-party data can change.
Permitted use
You may use the public interface and documented API for lawful risk-screening and integration purposes. You may not interfere with service operation, bypass rate limits, probe for secrets, submit malicious traffic, misrepresent Jepeta output, or use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Third-party services and data
Jepeta depends on external data and infrastructure. Availability, completeness and timing of third-party data are outside Jepeta's direct control. A source outage may cause Jepeta to fail closed rather than issue a reassuring result.
Paid reports
Where a paid report is offered, the price and delivery rail shown at purchase time apply to that order. Payment providers may impose separate terms. If payment succeeds but a Jepeta-side delivery failure occurs, use Jepeta_bot with /support and provide the relevant transaction or charge reference. Any refund or remedy remains subject to the payment rail and rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Availability and changes
The free preview is provided without a guaranteed uptime or service-level commitment. Jepeta may modify checks, schemas, limits, data sources, pricing or public surfaces. Material machine-contract changes are documented through Jepeta's public methodology and changelog surfaces where applicable.
Intellectual property
The Jepeta name, site design, original documentation, risk presentation and service code remain subject to their respective ownership and license terms. Public blockchain facts and third-party source data remain subject to their underlying rights and licenses.
Liability boundary
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jepeta is provided without warranties of profitability, safety, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular trading strategy, or completeness of third-party data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Applicable law
These terms do not override mandatory consumer, privacy or other rights that apply to you. Jepeta does not use this early-stage version of the terms to claim that mandatory protections of another jurisdiction do not apply.
